We are looking for an experienced chef cook with a heart for Asian cuisine and have knowledge of European cuisine, and a good team player for our family business Tran Cafeteria ﹠Grill in the heart of Frederiksværk, Denmark. You have more that 3 years experience as a chef, and have worked with a la carte - and prefelably with Vietnamese food on the menu, or have knowledge of Asian ingredients and dishes. You can start as soon as possible.
In addition, we emphasize that you are a team player who helps and contributes where you can. You take ownership and are a good colleague who supports and keeps spirits high on both busy and slow days.
You get energy when guests arrive and thrive in juggling service when there is a rush. As the restaurant is not so large, and we can have room for several arrangementer and a la carte at the same time, you must have a flair for planning and structuring service effectively. We are looking for the right person who is working long term for our Cafeteria.
- In addition you have to know 2 languages Vietnamese and English. If you know Danish will be a plus but not a must.

- salary 34.000 dkk/month
- permanent employment (37-40 hours/week)
